How It Works

Four conversations, then the night itself

Step One

Tell us the shape of it

Date, rough guest count, and the kind of evening you have in mind. A phone call is usually enough.

Step Two

Visit the hall

Come and see the floor, walk the layout, and taste the dishes you are considering.

Step Three

Confirm the menu

We write the set menu with you and quote against it. An advance confirms the date.

Step Four

We run the evening

The coordinator who planned it is in the room on the night. You are a guest at your own event.
